I especially love making Hong Kong-style breads and cakes, like pineapple buns, egg tarts, paper-wrapped cakes, and more – all the classics bursting with Hong Kong flavor!

Don't worry if you're a beginner! I'll teach you using the simplest and clearest methods, step by step, guaranteeing you'll learn it! I have a wealth of knowledge about baking, from selecting ingredients and understanding fermentation principles to various techniques – I'll share everything with you without reservation.

Besides teaching you how to bake, I also want to provide you with tons of emotional value! In class, you can feel free to ask questions and share your experiences.
