My classes are all about fun, just like hanging out in the kitchen with friends! I truly believe that baking and cooking should be enjoyable experiences, not stressful tasks. So, feel free to make mistakes, experiment, and enjoy the creative process!

I've been immersed in the world of baking and cooking for 10 years! From a clueless beginner to where I am now, I've accumulated a wealth of experience and skills. I used to own my own cookie studio and have also worked as an instructor at a large baking school. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of the secrets of baking and cooking, and I'm confident I can help you grow quickly!

I never stick to the rules! My dictionary doesn't have the word "routine." I love exploring new ingredients, new methods, and new combinations, and incorporating them into my baking and cooking. I encourage my students to be bold, unleash their creativity, and create their own unique flavors. I believe that everyone has unlimited potential, and with enough space and encouragement, they can create amazing things!

我從不喜歡墨守成規,字典裡沒有「一成不變」這幾個字。我熱愛探索新的食材、新的做法、新的搭配,並將它們融入到我的烘焙和料理中。我鼓勵同學們也勇於嘗試,發揮自己的創意,創造出屬於自己的獨特風味。我相信,每個人都有無限的潛力,只要給予足夠的空間和鼓勵,就能創造出令人驚豔的作品。
